Information Technology and Telecommunications

Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITT) are today widely used and havebecame the backbone of all activities in modern industry and society. As a consequence, the robustness, safety, and security of ITT have become important issues, with a need for further developments and improvement.
Reliability-oriented methods must be integrated into the whole spectrum of ITT development and exploitation in design, operation rules and maintenance. This Technical Committee promotes initiatives and provides a forum for discussion and experience-sharing with regards to all aspects of ITT reliability, safety, security and risk assessment.
It is an important aim of the Technical Committee to present papers at the conferences supported by ESRA and to organize workshops, technical sessions and roundtables at these conferences.
